Position Summary:
An immediate opportunity exists for a Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse (RN license required) to deliver patient care at various healthcare facilities in the Colorado Springs area.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Compensation: $82,596 - $93,080 annually
Mileage Reimbursement: 62.5 cents per mile, one of the highest rates in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Liaison will serve as a vital link between assigned hospitals, facilities, and physicians, focusing on:
- Building effective relationships to enhance communication and problem-solving.
- Providing assessments and education to prospective patients and families regarding hospice services.
- Determining patient eligibility for hospice care and facilitating admissions.
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify the physical and psychosocial needs of patients.
- Completing admission paperwork and initiating clinical records accurately.
- Coordinating medication needs and durable medical equipment orders.
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in hospice, palliative care, or related fields.
- Licensure: Current Colorado RN license, valid driver's license, and CPR certification.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
