Job Summary

Denver Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Westside OB/GYN Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting to diverse patients, families, and community members throughout the lifespan.

Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based plans with patients in coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Develop, modify patient care and treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
  • Provide safe, appropriate nursing care and patient education in an ambulatory clinic setting.
  • Safely administer medications and treatments as ordered, according to policy.
  • Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient situation and communicate findings to patients and healthcare team members.
  • Partner with patients and the interprofessional healthcare team to review assessment and plan measurable goals and outcomes and strategies for achievement.
  • Support interdisciplinary healthcare teams through supervision, education, and training of other clinic team members.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association required.
  • RN-Registered Nurse - DORA - Department of Regulatory Agencies required.
