Minth North America, Inc. is a global leader in the manufacturing of exterior and structural automotive parts. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Leader to join our team in North America.

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of professional work experience in supplier management or procurement in the automotive industry. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for formulating and implementing the procurement strategy, policy, and plan for each subordinate department, as well as organizing the implementation of these plans. The Strategic Procurement Leader will be responsible for the planning and improvement of the subordinate procurement organizational structure, organization, and development of the mass production procurement team training plan, and the continuous optimization of organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to achieve business objectives;
  2. Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts;
  3. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform procurement decisions;
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements;
  5. Evaluate and optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency;
  6. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
