Job Summary:

The Retail Lead Generator is a key role at NRG Energy, responsible for sourcing potential customers and setting up appointments for the Replacement Sales Retail team in Big Box retail locations. This position requires a persuasive and creative approach to generating leads and increasing Airtron brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate excitement and increase Airtron brand awareness in retail Big Box store locations.
  • Sources prospective buyer leads for products and services in retail Big Box store locations.
  • Demonstrates a positive impact on sales by generating qualified leads.
  • Schedules lead appointments in coordination with the Airtron office staff.
  • Attends daily sales team call with Lead Generator Supervisor.
  • Presents products and answers questions to customers and Big Box associates.
  • Follows all company and Big Box store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year's sales experience.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • General computer competency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completed college coursework.
Working Conditions:
  • Big Box retail store environment during assigned shifts.
  • May spend partial time in office environment.
