• Design and prescribe personalized treatment plans based on clients' skincare goals
• Provide top-level services, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products
• Achieve sales goals and promote our membership model to generate repeat business
• Maintain a clean and professional environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety

• Current Esthetics license for the State of Ohio
• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
• Knowledge of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
