Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- 2-3 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN
- Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population care
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted
