We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Missouri City, TX. As an LVN, you will provide high-quality patient care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
