Drive Business Success with Our Human Resources Vice President Role
At YRCI, we're seeking an experienced Human Resources Vice President to lead our HR team and drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with YRCI's overall objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Talent Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including recognition programs, career development opportunities, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning, to drive employee engagement and development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Learning and Development: Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, including leadership development programs, career pathing, and succession planning.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and belonging.
- Change Management: Lead HR change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation, aligned to organizational restructuring, and cultural integration.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, conducting audits as needed.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize HR processes and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ten (10)+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and driving organizational culture transformation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Costpoint, Paycor, Visual Workforce) and data analytics tools.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledgeable of all Government compliance issues, specifically related to OFCCP, and other FAR/DFAR regulations.
