Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Utilizing financial statements to create action plans for managing running costs and overheads.
  • Conducting financial report analysis and cost control related to branch operations.
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as accounting, sales, and marketing to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Providing support in reporting, data-entry, strategic planning, and customer service as required.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in management or operations preferred.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required, along with proficiency in English and Chinese languages.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
