Operations Coordinator

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance mechanics and tradespeople
- Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
- Monitor and maintain facility equipment and systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Valid State of Florida trade license
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, as well as exposure to second-hand smoke and excessive noise. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
