At Global Channel Management, we are seeking a skilled Quality Document Clerk to join our team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to manage temperature control documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of temperature monitors
• Download and manage wireless temperature monitors from shipments
• Retrieve Electronic Data Logging Monitors (EDLMs) from incoming shipments and transfer stored data to a secured website
• Notify the Distribution Release team of available data for evaluation
• Alert Operations and QA of any issues discovered during retrieval and transfer activities
• Assist in resolving issues and provide data management support
• Review Metadata in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for Operations documents

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using electronic document management systems
