Job Summary
Centurion Health is seeking a skilled Addiction Recovery Specialist to provide supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field and CADAC II+ certification or higher.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services field
  • CADAC II+ certification or higher
  • Current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, BLS, and AED use certification
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
