Job Title

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our client's Enterprise Data Storage and Consumption strategy. As a seasoned leader, you'll develop and deliver impactful data-driven projects that align with our client's business priorities.

About the Job

This hybrid position involves working three days a week onsite in Northern Virginia or Boston. You'll collaborate across teams to bridge gaps, remove technical blockers, and ensure alignment. Your goal is to ensure clear progress on the client's priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll take charge of planning, executing, and delivering technical programs focused on data storage and consumption, ensuring these initiatives align with the client's business goals.
  • You'll work with cross-functional client teams (product, engineering, design, and data science) to propose effective solutions to complex challenges and drive consensus across teams.
  • You'll take ownership of the delivery roadmap across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and clear progress on the client's priorities.
Requirements
  • 6-8 plus years in Data-Intensive Solution Design with expertise in distributed computing
  • 4 plus years in Distributed Systems & Cloud Architecture (preferably using AWS), building highly available services in regulated environments
  • Experience in Scalable Mobile Products and Platforms a plus
  • Substantial experience in Agile Delivery and Large-Scale Program Leadership–Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact programs, where you've defined a technical vision, engaged cross-functional teams, secured commitments, and unblocked teams for success
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in technology solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Technical Field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience
