Job Overview

Impact Automation Inc is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced material handling systems.

Minimum Education and Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related field) is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the material handling, automation, or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
