Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations on the 3rd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while also maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure that costs are minimized and resources are utilized effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that maintenance activities are supported by high-quality materials and services.
  • Perform other related duties as required by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more at a time while performing maintenance.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
