Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team at Guadalupe Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, empowering them with the best tools and advice available.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Empowerment: Offer solutions that can improve the member's financial situation, providing them with the best tools and advice available.
- Phone Support: Appropriately direct phone calls to the right departments, ensuring that members receive the support they need.
- Problem Solving: Fast and correct keyboarding, creating grammatically correct responses free of spelling errors, and providing logical solutions to complex problems.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions of all types with minimal errors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- High Impact Questions: Ask questions that can help to uncover account needs and lending needs, providing members with personalized solutions.
We offer a competitive starting pay of $21.83 and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:30. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, including the ability to understand and speak fluently.
