We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Leader to join our team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and developing commission-based compensation structures. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, markets, and innovative sales approaches, as well as fostering a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the SHS sales team.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
