We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician Electrician to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain facility equipment using critical thinking and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Follow all work safety policies and guidelines.
- Complete all electrical/mechanical work as assigned.
- Perform PM procedures to reduce downtime and improve overall performance.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, product standards, and guidelines.
- Use electrical schematics to troubleshoot and identify issues.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley hardware, software, and drives is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with or without direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Electrical license or other certifications a plus.
- Understanding of control voltage and line voltage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and write.
- Computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. You will be required to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more. You must be able to stand for long periods, reach overhead, and work from ladders or raised platforms.
