Patient Care Technician

DaVita Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record patient statistics, including blood pressure, weight, and vital signs
- Perform hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
