Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily unit activities, ensuring high-quality patient care and optimal outcomes. Key responsibilities include staff supervision and development, planning, budgeting, quality, and facility operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BSN or MSN Degree from an accredited Professional School of Nursing
  • Four (4) years of current registered nurse experience in an Emergency Department in a hospital environment, within the last 4-5 years
  • Two (2) years leadership/management experience in a hospital environment
