Royal Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead our field operations team in Dallas, TX. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior superintendents, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as estimating and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive field leadership experience in electrical construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
