**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at Align Construction Services. The successful candidate will provide on-site administrative and technical management of electrical activities, including planning, organization, direction, coordination, and control for all field personnel.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise electrical operations on construction sites
* Monitor short-term schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Review and support hiring needs for electrical personnel
* Coordinate quality control and assurance programs with other trades
* Train, manage, and evaluate project team members
* Assist the Project Manager in preparing construction schedules
* Create daily schedules for optimal manpower utilization
* Maintain daily reports, time sheets, safety, and accident reports
* Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts
* Plan, organize, and direct electrical production in accordance with the contracted scope of work
* Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs
* Coordinate work with purchasing to ensure timely receipt of materials
* Ensure all electrical installations meet quality and code standards
* Recognize and communicate priority project problems to the Project Manager
* Empower, train, and develop field employees
* Counsel employees and implement corrective measures as needed
* Ensure proper paperwork and counseling before employee layoff or termination
* Conduct 90-day and annual reviews, as well as end-of-project reviews

**Requirements:**

* Active Journeyman's or Master's License
* Prior knowledge of estimating processes
* Safety-minded individual
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
* Exposure to Accubid a plus
* Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to travel to project areas as needed
