Executive Leader for Operational Excellence

About the Role:We are seeking an exceptional Executive Leader to lead our operational efforts and drive excellence across the agency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, develop strategies for growth and improvement, and ensure effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of strategic plans
- Develop and implement effective strategies for growth, improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost savings, and develop budget recommendations
- Supervise department chiefs and region managers, providing coaching, guidance, and developmental opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 4-year degree in forestry, natural resources, business, or a related field
- Seven years of progressive experience managing professional-level staff, or ten years of related professional experience with seven years of management experience at a similar level
- Knowledge of operational activities, including fire control, forest management, and equipment used
- Broad knowledge of organizational areas, ability to read, analyze, and interpret data, situations, and business processes
- Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
