Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Lakeland, FL location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for meeting membership sales goals, selling gift cards and spa services, and providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Meet membership sales goals and sell gift cards and spa services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, building relationships that last
  • Have a detailed knowledge of our menu of services and be able to effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards and maintain a positive and energetic attitude
  • Perform various other duties as assigned, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents
