Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Storage Unit Management: Manage and maintain storage units, including conducting daily inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
  • Sales and Marketing: Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients to confirm payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, as well as spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations and other work-related business.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, or fast food industries.
