Job Summary



At Kohler, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Transformative Projects. As a key member of our Global Product Innovation team, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products that disrupt the marketplace.



Key Responsibilities



  • Product Development


  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Leadership



  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Make informed decisions that align with the company's strategic objectives.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in a product development related discipline (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Supply Chain) with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% including international.
