Job Title and Description

Cribl Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with our UX, engineering, and sales teams to develop and deliver high-quality products.
  • Guide the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback and business goals.
  • Collaborate with field teams and customers to gather feedback and insights, and to align on key services and experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager role.
  • Experience working in the Enterprise Software Space.
  • Background building and owning cloud services.
  • Deep experience in customer journey mapping and working with User Experience teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in remote-first companies and navigating large distributed teams.
  • Background working with Enterprise data products.
  • Experience with Streaming data products.
  • Experience working with products deployed across multiple types of environments and infrastructure.

Cribl Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000, depending on location. We are a remote-first company, and we offer a flexible and autonomous work environment.
