Job Title: Data Platforms Administrator

Quartz Health Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Platforms Administrator to join our Enterprise Data Management Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our data management and delivery platforms to ensure their availability, performance, integrity, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain data management and delivery platforms
  • Ensure platform availability, performance, integrity, and security
  • Collaborate with managed services providers, infrastructure, application development, and security teams
  • Plan and implement capacity, growth, and resource planning
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and testing strategies
  • Provide support to Business Intelligence and ETL Developers, and Data Analysts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in administration, maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning of data management, analytics, reporting, and visualization platforms
  • 3+ years of experience in a managed service environment
  • Database administration experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL, Oracle, and exposure to other data platforms
  • Experience working in Windows Server and UNIX environments
  • Experience with managed service cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience with administration and maintenance of enterprise data integration and processing platforms (Informatica PowerCenter or similar)
  • Experience with administration and maintenance of reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
