Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily check deposits efficiently.
- Accurately post payments to customer accounts.
- Process payments as directed by the accounts team.
- Reconcile balances in collaboration with accounts.
- Work closely with various departments, including customer service, sales, production, and shipping, to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Communicate with accounts regarding overdue balances, payment concerns, and other financial matters.
- Collaborate with banking institutions on deposits and accounts receivable inquiries.
- Engage in additional accounts receivable tasks such as billing, applying credits, generating and maintaining reports, and performing basic reconciliations.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Enjoy working with numbers and handling various complexities.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- A college degree is not a requirement.
