Retail Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Lead. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Provide ongoing product knowledge training and coaching to sales team members
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely completion
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required, overseeing store operations and ensuring a safe and secure environment
- Support inventory management processes and maintain a clean and organized store
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and spend entire shift on feet
- Over 18 years old
- Preferred skills: 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Suite, ability to prioritize and problem-solve
