Grocery Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Assist with sales and inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
- Minimum 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- Minimum one year of retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and cash handling experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
