Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at LX Hausys America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the commercial and national account segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the commercial and national account segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, facility managers, and other key stakeholders in the commercial value chain.
- Present and conduct presentations of LX Hausys products to customers and prospects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, Business, or related field preferred.
- Direct experience selling luxury vinyl flooring and surfacing for commercial projects.
- Proven sales and business development experience and account management experience in at least one of the following segments: National Accounts, Hospitality, Food Service, Retail, Entertainment, Recreation, Healthcare, and/or Education.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- CRM experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
The position requires regular interaction with customers and clients, minimal lifting up to 50 lbs, and regular and reliable attendance.
