Job Summary

Rose Paving LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing strategies and initiatives within the company. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Director of Marketing will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals. They will be responsible for developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5-8 years of experience in a senior marketing role. They will be fluent in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power BI, and have a solid understanding of effective AI in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership, management, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Develop and strengthen key relationships with existing marketing partners and vendors, and identify and establish new relationships to support and enhance growth.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and collateral materials.
  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders, and lead PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility, manage crisis communications, and cultivate positive brand perception.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and board members.
