Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server Ambassador to join our team at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. As a Server Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction with food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Welcome, greet, and monitor guests' dining experience to ensure all are satisfied with food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Always remain educated on our menu offerings and answer questions about our food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and other restaurant functions and services.
  • Service Standards: Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout the shift.
  • Payment and Reporting: Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income.
Requirements for Success
  • Positive Energy: Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff, and work as a team player.
  • Experience and Age: Be 18 years of age or older and have at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
  • Schedule Flexibility: A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
