About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Support Specialist to join our team at Apria. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise systems, providing exceptional support to our users, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Ensure that our enterprise systems are running efficiently and effectively, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
  • User Support: Provide top-notch support to our users, assisting with technical issues, training, and process-related queries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance system efficiency, user experience, and overall business performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze system data and generate reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and end-users, to ensure seamless system operation and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Access and Excel, and experience with enterprise systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and host calls, provide clear direction, and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: English language proficiency, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • General Background: General background in computer systems and the healthcare industry.
Work Environment

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.
