Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician II to join our team at General Services Corporation. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for completing service requests in a timely and proficient manner, providing excellent customer service to our residents, and repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents
  • Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
  • Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Pass a criminal background check
