We are currently seeking a Full-Time Regional Access Coordinator for our operations in New Jersey. This role will primarily be based in West Long Branch, NJ, with potential consideration for other locations. The ideal candidate must be open to traveling to various care centers throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the front-end patient registration process, providing education and training to staff at care center locations on financial counseling techniques.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in patient service by offering guidance and ongoing training when trends are identified.
  • Develop and distribute performance scorecards for each location to monitor effectiveness.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality patient service and ensuring the accuracy of information that impacts both pre- and post-visit processing for services rendered.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a relevant field or similar role.
  • Licenses/Certifications: At least one of the following credentials is required: RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator), RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician), CCA (Certified Coding Associate), CPC-A (Certified Professional Coder - Apprentice), or any coding credential from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) or the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
