Job Summary:

As a Radiology Technologist Clinic with DispatchHealth Management, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in their homes or at facilities. You will be responsible for performing mobile diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, ultrasounds, EKGs, and other imaging modalities. Your expertise will help ensure that patients receive timely and accurate diagnoses, enabling them to receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mobile diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, ultrasounds, EKGs, and other imaging modalities
• Travel to patient locations, including homes, nursing homes, and facilities, to perform imaging procedures
• Operate portable radiologic equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use
• Process images and review them for diagnostic quality prior to transmission
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, as well as troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ensure that vehicles are well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
• 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a mobile or portable setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using company computers, systems, and digital x-ray technology
