Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Services Project Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of turnkey projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of turnkey projects, including project execution, team leadership, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise the preparation of plans and specifications for the design/installation of solutions in buildings and institutions.
  • Communicate with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.
  • Examine and review contracts and estimates, performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal contracting processes and maintain the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion.
  • Control expenses by monitoring assigned project budget and create and make revisions to project schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of two (2) years of project management, HVAC (systems, equipment, installation, or service) or related experience.
  • Financial budgeting, planning, administration, conflict resolution, and negotiation experience are required.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of mechanical turnkey projects and managing subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Primavera Expedition, and P3/Suretrak is preferred.
