  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Analyze test results and machine error messages to diagnose equipment problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with electricians and other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless equipment operation.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts used and repairs performed.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest equipment technologies and maintenance best practices.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance with regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of a mechanical apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
  • Electrical knowledge and machine controls experience a plus.

Work Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training and equipment maintenance.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of physical environments.
