Clinical Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Communication Specialist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. In this role, you will evaluate and treat communication disorders, developing personalized plans to achieve specific goals.
About the Role:
This is a 181-day contract opportunity with a competitive salary of $2,543.00 per week. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure the best progress for patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language pathology, with experience in assessing and diagnosing communication and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and voice quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to coordinate patient care and treatment goals.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and provide education to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- CCC-SLP certification.
- BLS certifications.
- Two years of recent Speech Language Pathologist experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
