Job Title: Clinical Specialist - Cardiac Catheterization Team

Lancesoft Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Catheterization team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to work with TAVR patients and utilize their experience with CRRT (Prismaflex) in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to manage complex medical situations.">
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.">
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including medication administration, vital signs, and lab results.">
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and new technologies in cardiac catheterization.">
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.">
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork.">
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to patient confidentiality, data protection, and compliance.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.">
  • A minimum of 36 months of experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in cardiology or critical care.">
  • Experience with CRRT (Prismaflex) and TAVR patients is essential.">
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification required.">
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in response to emergencies.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software applications used in the hospital setting.">
