**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced RN ICU Nurse to join our team at Legent Health. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide immediate and intensive nursing care to critically ill patients
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform administrative duties and respond to life-saving situations
