- Handle change orders and maintain accurate order status reports for tracking purposes.
- Generate necessary documentation for shipments, both domestic and international.
- Address invoice discrepancies and manage credit/debit notes as required.
- Monitor and process customer complaints, coordinating with quality assurance as needed.
- Support quality assurance by adhering to established quality policies and reporting any issues.
- Assist in the preparation of various sales and shipping reports, utilizing ERP and software tools for effective data management.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience in customer service within a manufacturing context is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to analyze and interpret financial reports and other data.
