Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all client communications, addressing conflicts and ensuring compliance with deliverables such as orders, pricing, and invoicing.
  • Process customer purchase orders while ensuring alignment with quoted requirements.
  • Provide timely support for customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the supply chain to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure prompt responses to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate customer requirements into production specifications for scheduling.
  • Handle change orders and maintain accurate order status reports for tracking purposes.
  • Generate necessary documentation for shipments, both domestic and international.
  • Address invoice discrepancies and manage credit/debit notes as required.
  • Monitor and process customer complaints, coordinating with quality assurance as needed.
  • Support quality assurance by adhering to established quality policies and reporting any issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of various sales and shipping reports, utilizing ERP and software tools for effective data management.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service within a manufacturing context is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to analyze and interpret financial reports and other data.
