Job Title: Pipe Utility Foreman

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pipe Utility Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of pipelines and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project engineers and managers to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Supervise and direct site crews, subcontractors, and material and equipment providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with office and field personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a field environment, with a strong background in heavy civil construction and pipeline installation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
