Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless stays for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel, with a focus on delivering quality services and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Empower guests to move about their space and do what needs to be done, ensuring a memorable and unique experience.
  • Complete reports, deliver quality meals, and share the highlights of the local area to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Create a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
  • Be on your feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work, and lifting objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
