Role Responsibilities
We are actively seeking In-Home CareGivers who are prepared to deliver high-quality home care while fostering enriching relationships with our clients. Clients may require assistance with daily living activities and also benefit from support in maintaining social connections through activities, appointments, and errands. As a certified caregiver, your role is crucial in helping them lead fulfilling lives. Our CareGiver Mobile App assists in tracking client care plans, monitoring changes in daily living activities, and assessing outcomes. This position encompasses a comprehensive interaction with clients in their homes, including aiding with daily living tasks, maintaining a safe home environment, and encouraging engagement with the community.

Qualifications
  • Home Care Aide Registry (HCA): assistance with this process is available if needed.
  • Prior experience as a caregiver in a home care environment, community living, or skilled nursing facility.
  • Completion of TB screening or a clear chest X-ray.
  • Ability to meet quality care standards during shifts and adhere to established procedures for collaboration with the care team.
  • Reliable transportation for visiting various clients throughout the week.
