Job Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources, including physicians and local healthcare providers.
  2. Generate client referrals by educating referral sources on the benefits of quality patient care at home.
  3. Build a consistent pipeline of referrals through research and development of client relationships.
  4. Collaborate with owners to create and execute marketing plans, track results, and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities.
  5. Develop strategic plans to manage and grow accounts, forecast needs, set priorities, and execute business strategy.
Requirements
