Role Summary

Our CareGiver mobile app enables you to efficiently manage your work schedule, responsibilities, and communication with the office.

Key Responsibilities
We are actively hiring In-Home CareGivers who are prepared to deliver high-quality in-home assistance and foster enriching relationships with our clients. Clients may require help with daily living activities and also need support in staying connected to the community through social engagements, appointments, and errands. As a certified caregiver, your role is vital in helping them live their lives to the fullest. Our CareGiver Mobile App allows you to monitor client care plans, track changes in daily living activities, and assess outcomes. This role encompasses a comprehensive interaction with clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, maintaining a safe home environment, and keeping clients engaged with the community.

Qualifications
  • Home Care Aide Registry (HCA): assistance with this process is available if needed.
  • Prior experience as a caregiver in a home care environment, community living, or skilled nursing facility.
  • Clear TB screening or chest X-ray required.
  • Ability to meet quality care standards during shifts and adhere to established procedures for collaborating with the care team.
  • Reliable transportation to visit various clients throughout the week.
