Cox Automotive Fleet Services ensures your fleet remains operational.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, Fleet Services by Cox Automotive (FSCA) has established itself as one of the largest fleet maintenance providers in the nation. FSCA specializes in delivering on-site mobile maintenance and repair services across the country, catering to light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers. FSCA also supports clients through its extensive network of service centers, each offering accident repair, painting, refurbishment, and heavy mechanical repairs. Our operations are backed by a 24/7 in-house call center, providing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services to fleets whenever needed.

We are currently seeking a Senior Shop Estimator/Senior Service Advisor to enhance our shop operations and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop vehicle repair service estimates based on information gathered from Technicians and Customers.
  • Effectively communicate and present quotes to customers.
  • Act as a reliable advocate for customers by offering sound advice and guidance on technical inquiries or general questions related to our products and services.
  • Follow up on pending quotes and manage workflow to ensure efficiency.
  • Gather information and parts pricing from various manufacturers and vendors.
  • Review and revise existing repair estimates as per customer requests and specifications.
  • Assist in moving and parking vehicles in the shop as part of the intake process.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field. Alternatively, a combination of any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years of experience; or 7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Mitchell One or similar systems.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone) along with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, emails, typing, etc.) and software navigation capabilities to generate repair estimates.
  • Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic is preferred but not mandatory.
  • The ability to diagnose problems is preferred but not required.
